The annual roadshow — dubbed the "Springboard" to herald a personal development conference aimed at equipping participants in areas such as planning, investment, entrepreneurship, career enhancement and relationships — was last Wednesday unveiled at a media launch in Accra.
The theme for the Springboard 2010 Roadshow is "Empowering Ghana: One Person at a time."
Briefing the press, Mrs Comfort Ocran, the CEO of Legacy and Legacy, organisers of the show, said the roadshow "focuses on helping individuals and organisations to achieve their full productive potential".
The show, which started three years ago, will witness new developments because the towns to host the roadshows have been increased from 10 to 15, giving more people the opportunity to participate.
There will also be schorlaships for participants from deprived communities, particularly the Western, Volta and the three northern regions.
The programme will start from Wa on January 5, and end in Accra on February 13, 2010.
